Hi all!

Well, I went to Burney for work on Monday (so much for holidays), and their net was down. So I have been failing at keeping track of points this week. I have been getting a ton of exercise, though, so I am hoping it balances out. My legs hate me. However, for last week:

Weight lost: 1 pound
Total weight lost: 6 pounds
Overall remaining: 54 pounds.

A small step for Saki, but a step just the same. :)

Good luck to everyone else! Shall try to catch up on your posts!

6' club samich on wheat and a small bag of baked chips

Crunchy Taco from Taco Bell.

what ever I end up cooking....

Popcorn or bean burrito (don't look at me like that... its good protine!)

Water Intake: 30oz
Goal: 60oz

Exersize:
*pants* I've been dancing aroudn this damn office ALL morning... the other girl is out so of course everything has to go off at the same time! LOL

1 bit of sausage cheese colache (was yuck made me feel ick, trashed it)

Multi-Vitamin

Lunch:
1/2 cup herb noodles and shrimp 

EDIT
Dinner:
Boneless skinless chicken breast, wild rice, corn.

NO SNACK!

Water intake: 20oz
Water Goal: 60oz

Exersize:
*WHINES* my feets are killing me from all the walking in heals yeserday... *sighs* I hate yesterday. Mostly just up and down of office work...

Today was Barbra's funeral. It was beautiful...

Breakfast:
I had my shake today.

Lunch & Dinner:
I hade half a chicken sandwich on wheat bun with no mayo or other condiment for lunch and the rest for dinner. 

No Snack, just not that hungry... a little tired acctually alot tired. *sighs*  What's up with ya'll? I'll weight tomorrow... It was just too busy a day.

I told Tali a few days ago that I'd post here, urging her to do the same, so of course I completely forgot to post. Several times. But I'm doing it now! Not much to report, going to give myself a weigh-in on Monday morning and see where I'm at. I know I gained a bit back this semester, but I'm still at least 20 or 30 pounds below my start weight, so that's something, right?

I'm back to Weight Watchers, too, which is good. I really do lose weight when I stick to it. I wish I had better gym facilities here at school; got used to going to Gold's Gym when I was home for break, and was doing really well with the elliptical and with weight training. My arms are buff! But I shall endeavor to go to the school gym at least two times a week. I also walk on Wednesday mornings with the school Dean, which is a little less than two miles (so, short) and very refreshing as a way to start the day.

Okay, there's my check in, now I'm off to make Tali an icon!

Salad with italian dressing
2 slices of pizza (one cheese & one chicken)

Dinner:
1/2 cup butter herb angel hair pasta with boiled shrimp.

Snack:
Apple

Water: 
20oz

I'm freaking exaughsted.... *sighs*

Well its been a raging busy freaking day!

So far I've had:

Breafast:
protine shake

Lunch: 3" club from subway on wheat with lettuce/toms/blk olives
1/2 small bag of baked lays
20 oz tea

Dinner:
1/2 cup baked country ham
1/4 cup green beans

Water Intake: 10oz
Water Goal: 40oz

Exersize:
Stairs, up and down to copier (how am I so tired when this is all my exersize?)

Well I figure I'll continue till Friday, and if no one was joined me I'll drop it. *le sigh*

So far today I've been VERY good.

I had my shake for breakfast.

Took my milti vitamin.

I am now eating lunch,
3 stalks cooked asperagus
1/4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/4 cup wild rice.
(yum left over lunch! LOL)

I'll either have an apple or a 1/2 cup of popcorn for snack

Dinner: (I'm cooking)
Roasted herb chicken
Potatoes with onion
Green beans
Salad

Water in-take: 20oz. GOAL: 40oz.

Exersize: Jumping up and down from desk, running up and down stairs at work.

So after a talk with Marie last night I figured I'd do as I said I would and make an entry. We both want to loose more weight and figured we'd try this rout once more to get there.

Start: 277 pounds

First Goal: 222 pounds

Main Goal: 150 pounds

Need: to loose 50 lbs.

Today I've had:
1/2 a breakfast taco with eggs, bacon, and cheese in it. NO sour cream, katchup, or salsa.
20oz of water
4 stalks of cooked asperagus, 1/4 wild rice, 1/4 of a boneless skinless chicken brest.

I intend to have another 20oz of water and a protine shake for my snack.
No idea what dinner will bring, but here's hoping its not too bad. I will edit this when I have dinner so my update is all propper...

now... if only I would exersize... *sighs*

EDIT:

I never managed my protine shake, I tried but made it wrong and it was too nasty to drink... I did get the rest of my water in, avoided eating a snack and for dinner I had cabbage, carrots, and smoaked sausage. 1/4 serving of each. *G* I did good.
