Ok, I made this for a reason, so I am going to use it!
I have hit a new high in the weight department, so I have resolved to lose weight! It would be lovely to lose 50 pounds, but I doubt I am capable of that right now. So, my first goal is 20.
In order to begin meeting this goal, I resolve to do the following-
Abstain from Coke and dessert for the period of a month. At the end of this month, I may have a limited quanity of these for a week, before abstaining for another month.
Increase the amount of vegetables and fruit in my diet.
Decrease my overall intake of food.
Increase my exercise, which I have already done by enrolling in PE courses and taking an environmental internship. Beyond that, I plan to do more exercise for myself.
Post my weight on this LJ so that I cannot hide my success or failure.
At this post, I had hit 200. YEARGH!
