So far today I've been VERY good.
I had my shake for breakfast.
Took my milti vitamin.
I am now eating lunch,
3 stalks cooked asperagus
1/4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/4 cup wild rice.
(yum left over lunch! LOL)
I'll either have an apple or a 1/2 cup of popcorn for snack
Dinner: (I'm cooking)
Roasted herb chicken
Potatoes with onion
Water in-take: 20oz. GOAL: 40oz.
Exersize: Jumping up and down from desk, running up and down stairs at work.
